Nuestra

The
UZ-UCSF Collaborative Research Programme is a collaboration between researchers
at the University of Zimbabwe and the University of California at San
Francisco.
Developed
with input from meetings with more than 300 nationally recognized leaders
in academia, industry, government, and the public, the National Institutes
of Health Roadmap provides a framework of the priorities NIH as a whole
must address in order to optimize its entire research portfolio. It lays
out a vision for a more efficient and productive system of medical research.
The NIH Roadmap identifies the most compelling opportunities in three
main areas: new pathways to discovery, research teams of the future, and
re-engineering the clinical research enterprise.
Samuha, a development organization established
in 1986 that organizes people in selected communities into informal associations
to engage in development projects (Samuha is the parent organization of
Samraksha, our principal partner in Bangalore City.)
The National Emergency Response Council on HIV/
AIDS is a statutory Council, established in December 2001. NERCHA is tasked
to oversee the conversion of the "National Strategic Plan for HIV/AIDS"
produced by HIV/ AIDS Crisis Management and Technical Committee, into
action.
